Monitoring Error rates have returned to baseline. We are processing the queued deliveries and monitoring the recovery.
Identified A misconfigured worker pool in our EU region was dropping connections. We've rolled back the change and are draining the backlog.
Investigating We're seeing elevated 5xx rates on webhook delivery in the EU region. Investigation underway.
